Mr Geraghty helps Irish and international business through the complete corporate life cycle from establishment, to investment and exit.

He works with fast-growth businesses and their founders taking investment from equity capital sources including early stage funds, venture capital and growth capital funds. He has also helped many cutting edge Irish technology companies to scale and grow on the global stage.

Mr Geraghty is a graduate of UCD and TCD and is a member of the commercial law committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, and was the winner of the “Lawyer of the Year” award at the 2018 Early Career Awards.
