Cork lawyer appointed chair of Property Services Appeal Board
Cork solicitor Philip O’Leary has been appointed as chairperson of the Property Services Appeal Board (PSAB).
Mr O’Leary, head of commercial law at FitzGerald Legal & Advisory LLP, will hold the position for a four-year term.
Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan said: “I am delighted that Philip O’Leary has agreed to serve as chairperson of the Property Services Appeal Board.
“He brings a wealth of experience to this role, and this appointment is an important step of the process to allow clients of property services providers have confidence in their property transactions and associated business dealings.”
Mr O’Leary is also currently chair of the Legal Aid Board, where has has served as a member since 2016.
