David Brangam and Peter O’Reilly join LK Shields

David Brangam and Peter O’Reilly have joined Dublin law firm LK Shields as associate solicitors in the corporate & commercial and banking & finance teams respectively.

Mr Brangam advises Irish and international clients on all areas of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions.

He has been recognised by Chambers & Partners as having “notable expertise in the energy sector”, advising energy companies and institutional investors on joint ventures, acquisitions, investments and disposals in the wind, oil and gas sectors in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.

Mr O’Reilly has extensive experience acting for financial institutions in secured lending transactions and advising on loan restructures and enforcement.

He joined LK Shields having worked in-house for one of the country’s main financial institutions. He also previously worked with the Banking and Property Finance team in another Dublin law firm.
