NI: Davidson McDonnell celebrates expansion into new office
Lawyers at Belfast firm Davidson McDonnell have celebrated a period of expansion for the firm with an office warming party at its new headquarters.
The solicitor firm has relocated to a newly-renovated Grade A office space in Longbridge House, in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter.
The move follows a series a period of growth for the firm, which was established by Ross Davidson and David McDonnell in 2015.
Starting with a niche commercial property focus, the firm diversified into corporate/commercial and dispute resolution in 2016.
The firm expanded into finance with the appointment of Lynsey Elliott as senior solicitor in August, and strengthened its commercial property practice with the appointment of Ben Fraser earlier this month.
It also restructured its senior management team, with Vicky Dummigan (corporate) and Clare Templeton (dispute resolution) now supporting the founders in key decision-making.
Commenting on the relocation, Mr Davidson said: “It’s a credit to our team and our loyal clients that we have been able to invest in the future of the firm with a move to this office.
“We would like to thank the Martin Group and Residence Interiors for all their support and assistance with the fit out and design. We are looking forward to working in this vibrant city centre location.”
