Dentons promotes Ciaran O’Boyle to partner in Dublin
Global law firm Dentons has announced the promotion of corporate lawyer Ciaran O’Boyle to partner in the firm’s Dublin office.
Mr O’Boyle is one of nine new partners in the firm’s UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region, all of whom will take up their new roles with effect from 1 May 2022.
A qualified solicitor in both Ireland and in England and Wales, Mr O’Boyle joined Dentons as a senior associate in 2020 after a number of years with William Fry.
He acts for both domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital fundraisings and reorganisations.
Paul Jarvis, UKIME CEO for Dentons, said: “My congratulations to all of our new partners – promoted from across the UKIME region, for this very well-deserved career milestone.
“Our senior development programme helps high performing senior associates bridge the gap to partnership with coaching on inspirational and inclusive leadership, financial management, business development, innovation, legal project management, resilience and wellbeing.
“It’s fantastic to see that the programme has delivered another outstanding group of up and coming lawyers to the partnership.”
