Lesanne Green

Ms Green qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joins the firm having worked in a well-respected rural practice for the previous 18 years.

She deals with all matters relating to wills and the administration of estates, elderly clients and issues of capacity advising on enduring powers of attorney and controllership orders.

She also specialises in residential conveyancing acting on behalf of clients in sales, purchases and re-mortgaging of properties and advises on connected matters including help to buy ISAs, lifetime ISAs, ground rent redemptions and Northern Ireland co-ownership housing transactions.

Commenting on the appointment, Deirdre Mullan, partner and head of conveyancing at Diamond Heron, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lesanne to the Diamond Heron team.
