DIT law department seeks litigation solicitors to participate in interview study on Irish courts system
The Department of Law at the Dublin Institute of Technology is conducting a nationwide study on the Irish courts system.
Dr Brian Barry, lecturer in law, is seeking litigation solicitors to participate in short, anonymous, confidential phone interviews to canvass their views on important matters that affect how the courts system in Ireland operates such as court procedures, court resourcing, judging and the court experience for litigants.
The study presents a unique opportunity for solicitor practitioners to offer their viewpoint on how the Irish courts system is currently operating in an empirical, objective, and anonymous forum.
For further information and to arrange participation, contact Brian Barry on brian.barry@dit.ie.
