Double partner appointment at Taylor Wessing Ireland
International law firm Taylor Wessing has appointed Libby Garvey and Órlaith Molloy as its newest partners in Ireland, expanding its specialist finance and real estate offering.
Ms Garvey, former head of finance and projects at Addleshaw Goddard, specialises in acting for Irish and international banks and financial institutions in relation to domestic and international bilateral and syndicated facilities, and acquisition financings.
She also acts for investors and developers and has established a reputation for her expertise in commercial and residential real estate investment and development finance.
Ms Molloy, who will join shortly from her role as head of real estate at DWF in Ireland, specialises in high value commercial real estate and has a particular focus on offices, hotels, retail, and logistics sectors.
She is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate having advised on a wide range of property-related issues, including investments and disposals, lease negotiations, corporate real estate, and finance transactions, and advisory including strategic ESG advice.

Since opening just over a year ago, the Taylor Wessing team in Dublin has grown to a team of eight lawyers, with partner Paddy Quinlan and senior counsel Dannie Hanna joining the firm late last year.
