A new firm, Fagan Killeen, has been formed through the merger of Dublin firms Killeen Solicitors and Fagan Bergin.

Former Killeen Solicitors partner Ronan Killeen has been named as managing partner of the new firm, which will continue to operate from what was Killeen Solicitors’ office at 14 Mountjoy Square.

Jonathan Kavanagh, Deirdre Clarkin and Eleanor Lindsay have been appointed as partners, with Ms Lindsay joining the team from Stephenson Burns Solicitors.

The firm will offer bespoke private client legal services in the areas of litigation, property with a particular focus on probate law and estate planning.

Writing on LinkedIn, Fagan Killeen said: “We are truly excited for the merger of these two wonderful firms with so much tradition and experience.

“The merger will combine our significant strengths and allow us to provide additional services to our valued clients.

“Fagan Killeen is committed to providing a premier standard of legal services to existing and new clients.”

Killeen Solicitors was established in 1981, while Fagan Bergin traces its history back to the foundation of the State.
