DWF Dublin advises Irish Studio on acquisition of Harmonia magazines
The Dublin office of international legal business DWF has advised US digital media company Irish Studio on the acquisition of six consumer magazines from publishing house Harmonia.
The titles include Irish Tatler, Irish Tatler Man, U Magazine, FOOD & WINE Magazine, Auto Ireland and Ireland of the Welcomes.
Executive partner Ross Little and senior associate Ellen Keane advised Irish Studio on the transaction, which will see the six brands continue to service print readers, whilst also bringing these titles online to engage and entertain new audiences.
Mr Little said: “This acquisition will enable these already leading titles reach a wider audience on a global platform. Our ROI capabilities have enabled Irish Studio to further its portfolio and we look forward to seeing the business continue to expand.”
DWF’s first full-service team in Dublin was launched last August and has continued to expand with a series of lateral hires over the past year, including Mr Little’s appointment from William Fry.
