Ms Hughes has led the company secretarial and compliance team at LK Shields for the past two years. She advises some of the firms largest domestic and international clients.

Ms Hughes has experience in the provision of advice and assistance on all aspects of company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters affecting companies, directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
