Eugene McCague appointed non-executive director of ICON plc

Eugene McCague, former managing partner and chairman of Arthur Cox, has been appointed as a non-executive director of ICON plc, a global provider of drug development solutions and services.

Mr McCague was a corporate partner at Arthur Cox from 1988 until this June. He advised a wide range of public and private companies on mainstream corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.

Mr McCague also has extensive board experience with commercial, government and educational organizations.
