Eversheds appoints consultant to tax practice

Ms Caffrey, a qualified solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser, was previously a consultant and partner in a leading law firm and, prior to that, a director in a leading accountancy firm.

She has significant experience in advising companies on tax planning including tax structuring for inward investment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, securitisation transactions and tax disputes. She has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients including, private and listed companies, financial institutions, treasury operations, investment funds and fund managers.
