Eversheds assists Telnyx on establishment of Irish operations

Eversheds has advised Telynx, a provider of wholesale real time communications and VoIP services, on all legal aspects of the establishment of its Irish office in Dublin.

Gavin O’Flaherty, partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial department, led a team which provided a suite of legal services to the US-based firm.

Telnyx, which is based in Chicago, plans to hire up to 20 network, development and site reliability engineers in Dublin over the next year.

Eversheds said its work demonstrated the ability of its corporate and commercial team to provide “legal services which US corporates require when investing into Ireland”.
