The new feature, hosted by Newstalk’s business editor Joe Lynam, will showcase some of the country’s finest business leaders and innovators. The award itself will reflect excellence within the recipient’s profession, whether local or multinational.

Each month the winner will be interviewed live on Newstalk’s Breakfast Business, between 6.30am–7am. In addition, listeners of Breakfast Business will have the opportunity to nominate someone for ‘Business Person of the Month’ via the radio station’s website.

The initial six-month agreement, which begins today and is part of Eversheds Sutherland’s wider marketing strategy, includes live mentions, a sponsor tagline and social media posts.
