Ex-solicitor’s bankruptcy extended by four years
The High Court has extended an ex-solicitor’s bankruptcy by four years because of repeated serious breaches and wrongdoings.
Angela Farrell was struck off the roll of solicitors and adjudicated a bankrupt in 2014.
The official assignee in charge of bankruptcy, Chris Lehane, objected to her automatic discharge from bankruptcy at the end of July.
Ms Justice Caroline Costello ruled this week that her bankruptcy should be extended by four years.
