Fahy Bambury joins criminal justice reform group
Fahy Bambury Solicitors has joined the Association for Criminal Justice Research & Development (ACJRD) as a member.
The association seeks to promote reform, development and effective operation of the criminal justice system by providing a forum for those in the sector, promoting study and research, and promoting the highest standards of practice by criminal justice professionals.
Ciarán Mulholland, partner at Fahy Bambury Solicitors, told Irish Legal News: “We are pleased to announce our membership with the ACJRD and look forward to working together in the future.
“The ACJRD’s ethos of assisting the advancement of community empowerment and the integration of those who are disadvantaged within the Criminal Justice System is something we can strongly identify with at Fahy Bambury Solicitors given that we represent a significant amount of vulnerable clients before the Courts.”
Mr Mulholland added: “We highly commend the excellent work carried out by the ACJRD to date, particularly with regards to Juvenile Justice and Prisoners Reintegration. We hope that we can further the progress of the association in the year ahead.”
