Finland’s Supreme Court now publishing case summaries in English
The Supreme Court of Finland has begun publishing part of its precedents as summaries in English.
The summaries concern precedents that are perceived to attract interest among the member states of the European Union or otherwise internationally.
These include for example cases containing issues regarding EU law or application of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The summaries in English can be found on the court’s website: Summaries of selected precedents.
