Five new principal solicitors at Chief State Solicitor’s Office

The Chief State Solicitor’s Office (CSSO) has promoted five lawyers to the role of principal solicitor in the State property division.
Neil Coffey, Cliodhna Dullea, Clare O’Donoghue, Aisling Finn and Michael Buckley have all been promoted to the role in recent months.
The CSSO’s State property division plays a pivotal role in supporting government departments and offices, offering an expert commercial conveyancing service across a diverse spectrum of property law areas, from complex commercial property transactions to specialised property law advices.
In a LinkedIn post, the CSSO said the new appointee’s “extensive legal expertise and experience, spanning both public and private sectors” would bring “a blend of knowledge and acumen to the division”.
It continued: “Their dedication and strategic thinking will continue to drive the State property division’s success, enabling us to deliver impactful, practical legal solutions that safeguard and promote the State’s interests.
“Congratulations to all on this well-deserved recognition!”
