Formerly known as the Social Innovation Fund Ireland, the charity provides cash grants and business supports the most innovative non-profit organisations working in communities across the State.
Mr Black led MHC from 2013 until the end of 2022, when he was succeeded by Will Carmody. He continues in his role as a dispute resolution partner at the firm.
He is one of three new board members at Rethink Ireland alongside Lassie Mulligan and Vickie Wall.
