Four new partners at AMOSS LLP
AMOSS LLP has promoted Gráinne Adams, Eoin Mackessy, Andrea de Courcey and Hazel Ruane to partner with effect from 1 January 2025.
Ms Adams, who was one of the firm’s first hires in 2012, has been promoted to partner in the real estate team.
She focusses on the acquisition and financing of land for residential and mixed-use developments and the drafting of schemes for new home developments. She also advises on, and acts in, the sale of multi-unit schemes to approved housing bodies.
Mr Mackessy and Ms de Courcey have been promoted to partner in the corporate team.
Mr Mackessy advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements and corporate restructuring across a number of sectors and markets.
Ms de Courcey has particular experience in advising on all aspects of corporate governance and compliance and in advising on, and implementing, corporate reorganisations and restructures.
Her day-to-day portfolio also incorporates private equity transactions and both share and business disposals and acquisitions.
Ms Ruane, who was also one of the firm’s first hires in 2012, has been promoted to partner in the banking team.
She specialises in all types of real estate finance with particular emphasis on residential development and commercial real estate transactions.
