Free CPD event to examine sport concussion litigation

Australian sports law expert Professor Jack Anderson will speak on concussion litigation at a free CPD event hosted by the Sports Law Bar Association (SLBA) tomorrow.
Professor Anderson is on leave as professor and director of sports law studies at the University of Melbourne. He is currently acting special counsel for integrity regulation at Racing Victoria.
He will speak about ongoing litigation against the Australian Football League (AFL) and the new Amsterdam Consensus Statement on Concussion in Sport.
The event will take place tomorrow, Thursday 6 July, from 9am–10am in the Gaffney Room of The Bar of Ireland’s Distillery Building.
