TLT has appointed Judith Allen as a real estate partner. She will be working from the firm’s Belfast office.

Ms Allen joins from A&L Goodbody. She has extensive experience in all areas of Northern Ireland property law having advised a broad range of both public and private sector clients for over 13 years.

Katharine Kimber, partner and head of TLT’s Belfast office said: “We are ambitious for our clients and want to attract the leading players in the market to support them. And, we are doing just that with Judith.”

TLT originally opened a Belfast office in 2012 to offer litigation support to their UK clients transacting in Northern Ireland.

However, since opening headcount has grown from five people in 2012 to 46 and now includes five partners, offering real estate, banking & finance, renewables and pensions advice to businesses across Northern Ireland.

In 2014 TLT’s moved into 6533 sq ft of new space in Montgomery House, Belfast to support the rapid growth of the office.
