Gore & Grimes appoint property and commercial litigation partners
Dublin firm Gore & Grimes has announced the appointment of new property and commercial litigation partners, Keith McConnell and Helena Walsh.
Mr McConnell joins the firm’s expanding Property and Banking practice having trained and practiced in the Commercial Real Estate Department and Development Land Group of a tier 1 Dublin law firm.
He has acted for many leading developers in relation to residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, advising on substantial property transactions, large portfolio sales and energy projects. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and tutors for the Law Society of Ireland.
Mr McConnell told Irish Legal News: “I am excited about this opportunity and looking forward to working with the experienced team at this time of growth in the property sector.”
Ms Walsh joined the firm in 2012 and advises on many aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has particular experience dealing with matters before the Commercial Division of the High Court. Helena specialises in defending professional negligence claims for a variety of professionals such as; financial advisors, solicitors, accountants, architects, and engineers.
She has also acted for Plaintiffs and Defendants in various High Court actions including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and she has represented clients in contentious employment disputes before the High Court and all employment law tribunals.
