#InPictures: Southern Law Association prize awarded to Hannah Janknecht
Cork law student Hannah Janknecht has been awarded the Southern Law Association prize for the highest mark on her dissertation.
The prize was awarded during the UCC College of Business and Law Scholarships and Prizes Award Ceremony held in Devere Hall last week.
Brendan Cunningham, of the SLA’s UCC liaison committee, joined Professor Mark Poustie, Dean of UCC School of Law, and Professor Ursula Kilkelly to confer the prize, which is worth €1,000.
The SLA said: “Congratulations Hannah from the president Emma Meagher Neville, Council and members of the SLA, who are delighted to support University College Cork and UCC School of Law.”
