Over 10,500 lawyers now receive the daily ILN email newsletter while monthly unique visitors on www.irishlegal.com have risen to over 70,000.

The rise in social media is driven by LinkedIn followers which currently stand at over 21,380 and are rising by over 400 per month. An Instagram page has also been established, aimed particularly at younger readers and students.

ILN editor Connor Beaton said: “These latest figures are very encouraging and I would like to thank our case reporters Killian Flood and Conor Courtney for their efforts and also our many contributors, supporters, readers and advertisers.

“While it is pleasing to note that we are steadily growing, there is no room for complacency in publishing and we are currently considering several editorial initiatives which will allow us to continue to develop ILN.”
