Irish residential property prices up 8.1 per cent

Residential property prices across Ireland rose by 8.1 per cent in the year to December 2016, according to the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
It compares with an increase of 8.2 per cent in the year to November and an increase of 4.6 per cent in the twelve months to December 2015.
