Irish solicitor joins UAE firm

Irish solicitor Andrea Clarke has joined UAE firm Vaishvik Law International as a senior solicitor.
Ms Clarke heads up the new Irish desk at the firm, which is headquartered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and led by English barristers Satinder Hunjan KC and Naveen Agnihotri.
Writing on LinkedIn, Mr Hunjan said: “I am delighted to welcome Andrea Clarke to Vaishvik Law International Ltd.
“She is an experienced solicitor and will lead the Irish desk at the firm.
“Andrea will be advising corporate clients on governance, risk and compliance. She also has outstanding credentials with closing complex real estate transactions.
“As the former legal manager for Football Association of Ireland, Andrea brings a wealth of sports law knowledge with her to assist the firms growing clientele in this area.”
