IWLA to host panel discussion on referendums

The Irish Women Lawyers Association (IWLA) will host a free online panel discussion on the upcoming family and care referendums next week.
The event, taking place on Tuesday 27 February, 7pm, will feature Dr Laura Cahillane, associate professor in law at the University of Limerick; Dr Catherine Day, chair of the Citizens’ Assembly; and a representative of the National Women’s Council of Ireland (NWCI).
The IWLA has backed a Yes-Yes vote in the referendums taking place on 8 March 2024.
