Mr Logan died on 28 June 2023 and his funeral service has taken place, the Law Society of Northern Ireland said.

He was admitted to the roll of solicitors in November 1962 and was a principal in private practice at Harrison Leitch & Logan, which was later known as Harrisons Solicitors and dissolved in 2015.

In a statement, the Law Society said it “offers its deepest condolences to his family, colleagues and friends”.
