The invite-only event, “The Power of Perspective: Lessons from Female Leaders”, took place in the private dining area of The Ivy, where guests enjoyed a three-course lunch.

The panel discussion on Friday was moderated by Emer O’Hora, head of legal at Johnson Hana, and featured:

• Elaine Fox, head of Ireland and head of privacy Europe at TikTok;
• Lisa Gallagher, general counsel at An Post;
• Michelle Cunningham, head of legal and compliance at AIB Life; and
• Katie da Gama, executive coach and former managing partner of the Dublin office of DAC Beachcroft.
