JRAP O’Meara to move to larger headquarters
Cork firm JRAP O’Meara Solicitors LLP is to relocate from the South Mall to take up a larger space at the Victorian Quarter on MacCurtain Street.
The firm is finalising a lease on 11,700 sq ft of office property at the former Thompson House, likely to be for close to €200,000 per annum, the Irish Examiner reports.
It represents a nearly two-thirds increase on the square footage at its current premises, which the firm has indicated will facilitate growth from its current headcount of 40.
JRAP O’Meara was formed in 2018 through a merger of Cork law firms James Riordan and Partners Solicitors (JRAP) — which commenced practice in 1870 — and Barry M. O’Meara & Son Solicitors.
