Judy Dobbin
Former Transparency Legal Advice Centre (TLAC) managing solicitor Judy Dobbin, née O’Loan, has passed away.
Mrs Dobbin died on Friday at Blackrock Hospice, Dublin and is survived by her husband Henry and children Malachy, James and Oliver.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, she joined Transparency International Ireland in 2017, serving as Speak Up helpline manager and later as managing solicitor of Ireland’s only independent law centre for whistleblowers.
She previously spent a number of years working in London with leading human rights firms.
Mrs Dobbin will be buried today, according to rip.ie.
