Largest-ever national moot competition to conclude tomorrow

Ireland’s largest-ever National Moot Court Competition is due to come to a head tomorrow.
The competition, hosted by Dublin City University and sponsored by A&L Goodbody, is being held virtually for the first time.
A total of 40 team from 14 universities across Ireland and the UK are taking part in the competition. After preliminary knockout rounds, the grand final between the last two teams will take place tomorrow from 3.15pm to 5pm.
The live final will be chaired by Mr Justice John MacMenamin of the Supreme Court, who is DCU’s judge-in-residence. A High Court judge and A&L Goodbody partner Tom Casey will also make contributions.
