The latest edition of the magazine recognises 42 deals as the most significant and noteworthy transactions in 2021 from the point of view of deal excellence in capital markets and corporate and institutional finance in Ireland.

A&L Goodbody leads the pack with involvement in 16 of the 42 deals, followed by McCann FitzGerald on 15, Arthur Cox on 14 and both Maples and Calder and William Fry on nine. Flynn O’Driscoll was involved in four.
