The programme consists of four Modules of self-directed, interactive online learning alongside live online sessions, which address the principles and process of mediation, essential mediation skills and the rapid and recent developments in mediation law and practice in Ireland. 

In previous years participants have included solicitors, barristers, legal academics, GPs, HR professionals, engineers and people working in education, business and technology. 

Mediator Academy specialise in providing best-in-class mediation training and education and have a track record of delivering in-person, online and blended programmes in Ireland and the UK, and in collaboration with universities and professional education bodies. 

They have been partnering with the Law Society of Ireland since 2019, delivering programmes with the Diploma Centre and on the Professional Practice Course. 

The programme will begin in April and run until the end of May.
