The programme for legal professionals, now in its fifth year, sees “mentors” sharing knowledge, skills, information and perspective to foster the personal and professional growth of a “mentee”.

A training session for mentors and mentees has been scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday 28 March in Law Society House.

The Law Society said it had “already recruited and trained a number of senior female and male mentors, all of whom have achieved strong career success within the legal profession”.
