NI: Law Society launches new book on Northern Ireland divorce law
A new book on Northern Ireland’s laws on divorce and ancillary relief has been launched by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
The launch of Divorce and Ancillary Relief in Northern Ireland. The Annotated Legislation, written by Michael Long QC and Linda Robinson BL, was attended by solicitors, barristers and senior members of the Northern Ireland judiciary including the Lord Chief Justice, Sir Declan Morgan, and Mr Justice O’Hara.
Commenting on the book, Eileen Ewing, president of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, said: “I believe that this new book is a must have for all family law practitioners in Northern Ireland.
“The information and the detail contained within the book reflects the expertise of its authors and is written with the practitioner very much in mind. I would encourage all colleagues to purchase this book as soon as they can.
