Leman Solicitors appoints new head of employment and senior consultants

Leman Solicitors has announced three significant hires across its employment, dispute resolution and real estate teams.

The firm welcomes Bláthnaid Evans as head of employment, Shayne Foley as a senior consultant on the real estate team, and Elaine White as a consultant for the dispute resolution team.

Ms Evans joins from Matheson’s employment team, where she worked for four years. She has 10 years’ experience in contentious and non-contentious employment as well as pensions and benefits, and health and safety law.

Mr Foley has over 20 years’ experience as a property lawyer and undertakes a wide range of commercial property work with expertise in dealing with retail, occupational and investment work, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant issues and development work. He also acts on property aspects of corporate transactions. He previously worked at Keystone Law and Pinsent Masons in the UK and is qualified to practice in England and Wales as well as in Ireland.

Ms White joins the dispute resolution team with over 10 years’ experience as a litigator in both Ireland and the UK. She previously worked with William Fry in Dublin and Salans (now Dentons) in London.
