Lisa Connaughton

Ms Connaughton, who joins from Maples Fiduciary Services and has over 15 years’ company secretarial, compliance and governance experience, will boost the firm’s financial services capabilities in Ireland.

She will be responsible for providing company secretarial, company law compliance, and corporate governance services to Irish corporate entities and investment funds.

Dublin office head Gayle Bowen said: “This is the ideal time for Lisa to join our business. With our corporate, IP and funds practices thriving we needed a strong and highly experienced candidate to service the rapid growth in these areas.
