LK Shields advises former Dragon on acquisition of Dublin recruitment firm

LK Shields recently acted for Recruitment Entrepreneur, a fund led by James Caan CBE, in its acquisition of specialist Dublin recruiter 360 Search.
Mr Caan, a former Dragon from the BBC programme Dragon’s Den, told the Irish Independent that he expects to invest in three more Irish firms this year.
The LK Shields team included Richard Curran, partner in the corporate and commercial team, and Jennifer McGuire, partner in mergers and acquisitions.
They were supported by employee, pensions and employee benefits consultant Jennifer O’Neill; corporate and commercial associate solicitor James Byrne; and projects associate solicitor Jamie Ritchie.
