LK Shields appoints associate solicitor in litigation and dispute resolution department

Dublin firm LK Shields has announced the appointment of Muireann Granville as an associate solicitor in its litigation and dispute resolution department.

Ms Granville, who left William Fry earlier this year, has worked on a number of complex high value disputes before the Commercial Court and has particular expertise in the area of discovery, having managed several large-scale e-discovery projects.

She advises on a wide variety of general and commercial litigation disputes including contract disputes, disputes in relation to complex financial structures, professional negligence claims and intellectual property disputes. She also has considerable experience in arbitration.
