LK Shields appoints corporate and commercial partner

Dublin-based LK Shields has announced the promotion of David Brangam to partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial department.

Mr Brangam’s experience includes advising Irish and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

He has particular experience in the healthcare, energy and technology sectors and is recognised by Chambers Guide as being “highly capable and proactive”.

Commenting on the appointment, Emmet Scully, managing partner at LK Shields, said: “David has been a fantastic addition to our Corporate & Commercial team and has been the driving force behind a number of prominent deals in the past eighteen months.”
