LK Shields appoints former barrister as associate solicitor

Dublin-based corporate and commercial firm LK Shields has appointed Barra Lysaght as an associate solicitor in the firm’s employment, pensions and employee benefits team.

A former barrister, Mr Lysaght has significant experience in providing employment law advice and representation to a range of commercial and public bodies in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

He also has a strong background in administrative and EU law, with significant experience in providing advice to public bodies in relation to issues arising from the exercise of statutory functions, as well as matters such as freedom of information.
