Mr O’Reilly has extensive experience acting for financial institutions, corporate entities and property development clients in respect of secured lending transactions and loan restructuring and enforcement. He joined the firm four years ago, having previously worked as an in-house lawyer with KBC Bank.

His promotion brings the number of partners in the commercial property team to four and reflects the successful implementation of a strategic growth plan for the department, the firm said.

The commercial property team acts for a wide variety of clients including major Irish and international corporates, financial institutions, large institutional and private investors and public bodies and regularly advise on premium value property transactions.
