LK Shields welcomes associate solicitor to litigation team

Dublin-based firm LK Shields has welcomed associate solicitor Rachel Lee to the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department.

Ms Lee practices in commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on professional indemnity defence litigation.

Her particular specialism is construction, acting in disputes involving architects, engineers, project managers and quantity surveyors.

As well as acting in defending solicitors’ claims, she has also had the benefit of claims handling experience having dealt with claims on behalf of the Law Society of Ireland’s Special Purpose Fund.
