NI: Mackenzie & Dorman congratulates bookkeeper on 50 years of service
Belfast firm Mackenzie & Dorman has congratulated bookkeeper Margaret Harris on her fifty years of service at the firm.
Ms Harris was joined by former senior partner John Dorman for a meal at Neill’s Hill Brasserie to mark the occasion.
Director Colin Bates told Irish Legal News: “Margaret joined the practice the day after she left school on 2nd July 1968.
“Margaret initially worked in the probate department working under Hall Dorman, the original member of the Dorman family in the practice.
“After one year she moved to be our bookkeeper and has carried out that role since then. I know that the current and former partners and staff have appreciated her diligence, dedication and trustworthiness.”
He added: “We will miss her when she retires at the end of this year.”
