Máille Brady Bates joins Meta as lead counsel for labour and employment

Employment solicitor Máille Brady Bates has joined Facebook owner Meta as lead counsel for labour and employment in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Ms Bates was previously a senior associate in the employment team at Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin, where she trained and qualified as a solicitor.
A graduate of UCL and Trinity College Dublin, she is qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales, as well as being a CEDR-accredited mediator.
Ms Bates’ new role with Meta is based in its London headquarters and will see her provide advice and counsel on employment-related issues across the EMEA region.
