Mason Hayes & Curran appoints head of planning and environmental law
Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Deirdre Nagle as a senior planning lawyer in the firm’s construction team to lead its planning and environmental law practice.
Ms Nagle practices in both contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law, and represents state bodies, banks, developers, contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals on energy, planning and environmental matters. Her expertise includes advising on the planning aspects of major state infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector.

Prior to joining the firm, she acted for a number of state bodies responsible for the development of energy infrastructure.
