Mason Hayes & Curran appoints new real estate partner
Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has appointed Adam Hogg as a real estate partner.
Previously a senior associate, Mr Hogg advises public and private clients in relation to landlord & tenant law, commercial property, residential property and is a liquor licensing specialist.

As a member of the firm’s projects group, Mr Hogg has advised on property law aspects connected to the development and financing of a number of wind farms in Ireland.
He acted for Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners in acquiring the Bord Gáis Energy wind farm portfolio and advised Cloosh Valley Wind Farm, a joint venture between SSE Renewables and Coillte, on the development and project financing of a 105MW wind farm project.
Mr Hogg regularly advises developers and financial institutions on a variety of capital projects and has experience in the hotels sector.
He carried out property due diligence for AIB in financing the purchase of Ballynahinch Castle and advised various receivers in the sale of Dunboyne Castle Hotel, Muckross Park Hotel and Cavan Crystal Hotel.
